With over 30 years of experience, Premier Paving is a family-owned business, based in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. We’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality paving solutions to both commercial and residential clients across Ireland, UK & Europe.

Our expertise covers everything from large-scale commercial projects to bespoke domestic work — with a commitment to craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail at the core of everything we do.

As our company has grown, so too has our range of services. We have recently expanded into Resin Bound & Surfacing offering a wider range of services to our clients.

Our Management Team

Ger Woodlock

Managing Director

Ger Woodlock is the Managing Director and is responsible for the Premier Paving business. Ger has more than 30 years industry experience and is probably the most recognised and respected name in hard landscaping in terms of installation, and the supply & installation of hard landscaping products across Ireland.

Josephine Woodlock

Credit Control

Josephine was cornerstone to the establishment and development of Premier Paving. Her role within the company is to oversee the day to day operations and exercise financial control. Under Josephine and Ger’s stewardship, the company was held together through the recession years and has grown year on year since.

Tudor Mereacre

Contracts Manager/Operations Labour

Tudor Mereacre is SMSTS certified and holds overall responsibility for all contracts from commencement to completion on site. Tudor has close on 15 years industry experience and has grown with the business to hold the position he does today. Practically all of the leading main contractors across the country would recognise Tudor as the go to man when it comes to hard landscaping solutions.

Tom Kelleher

Commercial Manager/Operations Supply

Although Tom Kelleher joined the Premier Paving team in 2017 he had worked closely with Premier Paving over the previous 5 years in the UK. Tom is responsible for cost and supply chain management on all projects. Tom is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and is SMSTS certified and has close on 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has led and successfully completed many high end hard landscaping supply and fit packages in the UK.
